TRAPO: A Partner for the Individual Automation of Intralogistics

TRAPO has grown with extensive expertise in conveyor technology: To this day, solutions optimize material flow in production and warehouses. The added value: Customers can cover their entire hardware and software needs through a single partner, with existing systems and third-party machines also being integrated into the concept.

In parallel to rigid conveyor systems, the sales team now also presents mobile alternatives. On one hand, to keep space – especially in limited areas – flexible. On the other hand, to offer simple and safe solutions to meet changing requirements.

Long and wide: secure pallet handover

At LogiMAT, TRAPO presents an AMR with an innovative attachment module from Moveli, as well as specially developed transfer conveyors that ensure secure handover of pallets to existing conveyor systems. A patented innovation from the Swiss Moovimenta Group, which has been part of TRAPO since 2019. They set new standards in intralogistics for boxes and pallets. Another advantage: The attachments are compatible with the major AMR OEMs.

Live at LogiMAT, an AMR with Moveli attachment will take a pallet with boxes and deliver it to a TRAPO Cobot Palletizer (TCP series), which can palletize and depalletize as a “colleague” without fencing.

Small robot for a big relief: The TCP fits through any door and is thus recommended as a performance model for easy entry into automated palletizing. Delivered on just two pallets, the mobile robot, which can act as a “colleague” without fencing, is used wherever its palletizing performance is needed. This makes it a reliable partner for employees, especially in times of skilled labor shortages. Retrofitting is also possible.

TRAPO Experience Hubs with a High Practical Relevance

In production and intralogistics, TRAPO is a system solution provider in defined market segments – with excellent products and product solutions that meet the needs of end customers, system suppliers (OEM / Original Equipment Manufacturer), and machine builders. These competencies are reflected in the sales team’s TRAPO Experience Hubs, exclusive lounges where interactive presentations provide answers to the top topics of individual automation.
